The Slimline Universal Pommel Pack has the two 24 ounce True Grit water bottles with surround quick access snack pockets and the roomy top center zippered pocket allowing you to carry and have easy access to whatever you need as you move down the trail. This pack is designed to secure to most any saddle whether western type or English type with the molle stitched webbing on the underside of the pack allowing for the use of straps, zip ties, and laces to secure to the leading edge of the saddle not on your horses neck or withers. This pack also offers the optional 10.5 ounce electrolyte container and syringe set up that is wonderful for carrying and dosing your own mixed electrolytes while on trail.
This pack is specifically designed for the endurance rider.

*This Pack comes with the two water bottles, 60cc syringe and the 10.5 ounce container.*

5 of 5 True Grit Pommel Pack Monday, August 4, 2025

Looks like a super pack.  Will be playing with it later today to see how best to secure it; I love the fact there are multiple attachment points so it can be tied down tightly and not bounce around!

5 of 5 Perfect!!!! Wednesday, July 24, 2024
Reviewer: SC from Island City, OR United States
I absolutely love these! I bought 2, one for pommel and one for cantle. They fit great on my saddle, don’t flap around and don’t lay on the withers and shoulders like other saddlebags do, don’t interfere with any hand/arm motion. Loving the electrolyte mixing bottle and syringe, plus respective pouches. The magnetic strap fastenings are also great. Well designed and awesome color choices!
