Great collar, offered sizing a little misleading |

The collar is great and I use it as the main "tying tool" for my horse as she prefers that over a halter. The colors are great, craftmanship is great, and the breakaway makes it feel safe. The only issue I have is that the offered sizes are in my opinion misleading. The smallest available arab/cob is too large for any of the arabs at my barn (we have many, they are not small arabs). The first collar I ordered I thought it was a fluke, but the second one was even larger. The Distance Depot was able to shorten it for me, as long as I paid shipping in both directions. Making a $60 collar a $80 collar once all was said and done.
Customer service was great in helping me out, but it still seems a bit silly as the ad does not easily offer custom sizing (it appears as though the only available sizes are the ones in the dropdown). If they offered custom sizing in the dropdown from the get-go it would be more helpful.
