We only use the finest quality material from Bioplastics and the finest quality stainless steel and brass hardware. Standard orders are made of 3/4" width heavy weight Beta Biothane. We then add 1/2" matte finish Beta or shiny Biothane overlay along the chest pieces and to the girth. All breast collars are completely adjustable. After a long search, we have finally found the same material used by Zilco® and the Amish, to pad our breast collars! This is not a cheap neoprene imitation. It is lovely and soft, easy to keep clean & perforated so it will breathe. You can now order our padded breast collars, for maximum comfort for your horse! These padded breast collars are made the same way our traditional breast collars are made, but we add the padding to each chest piece and to the girth. These padded breast collars are made with 5/8" standard weight Beta Biothane along the chest and to the girth, if you decide to have an overlay color added, we will use 3/4" standard weight beta and our regular 1/2" overlay, which you can have in the matte finished Beta or in the shiny biothane.

We encourage customers to provide measurements for the best fit, but our sizing charts will fit a wide variety of horses. If your horse has been hard to fit, please see our measuring instructions at the bottom of every one of our pages.
