We only use the finest quality material from Bioplastics and the finest quality stainless steel and brass hardware. Standard orders are made of 3/4" width heavy weight Beta Biothane. We then add 1/2" matte finish Beta or shiny Biothane overlay along the 2 chest pieces and to the girth. All breast collars are completely adjustable. If these standard order specifications do not fit your needs, please feel free to contact us. We will make it to fit your exact needs.

We use only the Highest Quality matte finished Beta BioThane® for our underlay, (** THE UNDERLAY COLOR WILL BE THE MAIN OR UNDERNEATH COLOR OF YOUR TACK) it is designed this way for your horses comfort, unless specified otherwise by the customer. Beta is very soft and supple, looks and feels like leather, comes in a variety of thicknesses, it is made of a matte finished material. It will not chafe your horse and it will form to your horse with use.

Traditional BioThane®, which is a shiny material is used for the overlay, (**THE OVERLAY COLOR WILL BE AN ACCENT COLOR- ON TOP OF THE UNDERLAY-PLACED ON THE BROW & NOSE TYPICALLY) or you can now choose to use the matte finish Beta as your overlay or accent color, for those wishing to add color, fun and variety to their custom tack, we have "BLING" (colored rhinestones) options available instead of an overlay color, for those looking to add a little fun to their tack.

After a long search, we have finally found the same material used by Zilco® and the Amish, to pad our breast collars! This is not a cheap neoprene imitation. It is lovely and soft, easy to keep clean & perforated so it will breathe. You can now order our padded breast collars, for maximum comfort for your horse! These padded breast collars are made the same way our traditional breast collars are made, but we add the padding to each chest piece and to the girth. These padded breast collars are made with 5/8" standard weight Beta Biothane along the chest and to the girth, if you decide to have an overlay color added, we will use 3/4" standard weight beta and our regular 1/2" overlay, which you can have in the matte finished Beta or in the shiny biothane.

This breast collar is made with no overlay/accent color on top of your beta color choice. This padding is easy to keep clean, (not a cheap neoprene padding), it is perforated so it will breathe as well. Padding is available in Black only.
**Padded Breast Collars without an overlay/accent color can have the Diamond Shaped Rivets added to them, but not the colored rhinestones as the stems on them are simply not long enough- please do not order Bling in the shape of the colored stones on the Padded Breast Collars and No Bling can be added to a Padded breast collar with an overlay color added.
We've just added the option for those of you who have a girth which does not have Dee rings or a place to attach the easy clip of our breast collar to your girth- Don't forget to order a girth loop if your girth does not have the Dee rings to attach our Breast Collar.
